- Double-wing hinged doors are used in situations that require a large passage area that a single leaf cannot afford (over 130cm recommended). These doors have two door wings. One of them works according to the principle of opening to the right and the other to the left. When the door is closed, thanks to the gaskets on the special anodized aluminum profiles whose thermal bridges are broken, and the support profile mounted on the door leaf, they provide full sealing. They are designed with a special lock system (with a special panic button that can be opened from the inside even if it is locked from the outside).
- HINGED DOOR FRAME Double wing hinged door frames are produced in 2 different ways as PVC or anodized Aluminum. There is a single row of heating resistance inside the case in the aluminum cased ones of the frozen storage room doors. Our double wing hinged cold room door frames are suitable for all kinds of hygienic washing.
- HINGED DOOR LEAF Hinged cold room doors have 90mm, frozen storage room doors have 90 and 120mm wing options. Double-wing hinged door wings are produced as monoblock with 40-43 kg/m³ CFC-free polyurethane foam filling. In all our double-wing hinged cold room doors, the frame of the wing is anodized aluminum. In all our hinged cold storage doors, there are support sheets inside the wing for all the accessories on the wing. In hinged cold room doors, there is a single row of EPDM gaskets on the door leaf, and a double row of EPDM gaskets (except CBT9) in frozen room doors. There is a single row of heating resistance in the gasket in the hinged frozen room doors. Our double-wing hinged door wings are produced as 0.5 mm thick 130µ PVC coated galvanized sheet as standard. It can also be produced as 25µ RAL painted or A304 quality stainless sheet upon request. If desired, sheet thicknesses can be produced in the range of 0.5 and 1.2 mm. Our hinged door wings are suitable for all kinds of hygienic washing.
