- Horizontal sliding doors are basically divided into two categories. The doors installed to the rooms in which the temperature must be kept at 0⁰C and above temperatures are called the cold room doors, and the doors of the rooms to be kept below 0⁰C temperatures are called the frozen storage room doors. Horizontal sliding door works with the principle of right or left sliding. Single or double wing options are available. All our horizontal sliding doors can be equipped with motor, lock, sight window, kick plate, etc., if desired. Horizontal Sliding Door Frame: Horizontal sliding door frames are produced from 2 different materials such as PVC and anodized Aluminum. The accessories of our PVC framed sliding doors are made of reinforced composite plastic material, and the accessories of our aluminum framed sliding doors are made of stainless steel. There are support sheets inside the leaf for all accessories that are mounted onto the leaf. There is a single row of heating resistance inside the frame for frozen storage usages. Our sliding cold storage door frames are suitable for all kinds of hygienic washing. Horizontal Sliding Door Leaf: The thickness of sliding doors varies depending on the temperature inside the room. These are for cold room doors 70, 80, 90 and 100 mm and for the frozen room doors (90, 100, 120 and 150mm) doors have 4 different leaf options. Sliding cold storage door wings are produced as monoblock with 40-43 kg/m³ CFC-free polyurethane foam filling. The door wings of our Easy slide series products consist of specially designed wing profiles and panels of the relevant thickness. The wing frame of all our sliding cold room doors is anodized aluminum. In all our sliding cold storage doors, there are support plates inside the wing for all the accessories on the wing. In cold room doors, there is a single row of EPDM gaskets on the door leaf, and a double row of EPDM gaskets in frozen room doors (except SBT9 and ESBT10). There is a single row of heating resistance in the gasket in the frozen room doors. The blade is produced as a standard 0.5 mm thick 130µ PVC coated galvanized sheet. It can also be produced as 25µ RAL painted or A304 quality stainless sheet upon request. If desired, sheet thicknesses can also be produced in the range of 0.5 and 1.2 mm. Sliding cold room door wings are suitable for all kinds of hygienic washing. Horizontal Sliding Door Rail: The rail system used in all our sliding doors is produced from anodized aluminum and supplied with a bottom rail system. The rails used in sliding doors are suitable for all kinds of hygienic washing. Horizontal Sliding Door Sill: There are various sill options that wişş suit different kind of requirements.
